Cancellation Policy
Clients can request cancellation of a service before the project work has officially started. Once the project has begun or resources have been allocated, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
In case of ongoing services (like SEO or social media marketing), cancellation must be requested in advance before the next billing cycle.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds once the work has started. However, in special cases where the service has not been delivered as agreed, we may review the request and provide a partial refund if applicable.
No refunds will be issued for:
- Completed work or delivered services
- Delays caused by lack of client response or incomplete information
- Change of mind after project initiation
Project Delays
Timely delivery depends on proper communication and required inputs from the client. Any delay in providing necessary details may affect the project timeline, and we will not be responsible for such delays.
Modification & Revisions
We do offer revisions based on the agreed scope of work. Additional changes beyond the initial agreement may require extra charges.
